Stand up paddleboarding is the perfect way to get a good workout while peacefully enjoying the open waters of the Pacific ocean. Even if you’ve never used a stand up paddleboard (SUP) before you will be able to get out there and cruise if you put your mind to it (it’s okay to paddle from your knees for ease of stability). Though it can be strenuous, it is a very meditative experience. This is a family friendly tour, so bring the kids and let them burn off some energy.
