1. How do I make a reservation?
- Making a reservation with us is easy! Click on "book now" to choose your preferred time and date. You'll see various price categories, including options with transportation. Simply add the number of people in your group to receive an accurate price quote.
2. Do I need a reservation or can I just show up?
- We highly recommend making a reservation in advance. This ensures you can avoid any delays and secure the lowest price for your tour. Click on "Book Now" to schedule your adventure.
3. Do you provide transportation?
- While we suggest self-transportation to keep costs low, we do offer round-trip transportation in the surrounding areas for an additional fee. If you prefer, you can easily rent a car by clicking here.
4. What should I bring/wear on my tour?
- For your comfort and safety, we recommend wearing closed-toe footwear and bringing sunscreen, bug spray, sunglasses, and a tether for mobile or photo equipment. If your tour includes a beach visit, don't forget your bathing suit and towel. A fresh clean t-shirt is also recommended for those who have traveled a long distance.
5. Do you have weight or age restrictions?
- Our activities are designed to accommodate children as young as 3 years old. There are no weight restrictions. To drive your own ATV, you must be 16 years or older.
6. What's the difference between a passenger and a driver on the ATV tours?
- The driver operates the ATV, while the passenger rides along. Each passenger must be paired with at least one driver. If there are fewer drivers than passengers, our guide can drive the necessary ATVs, with the price remaining the same as for a driver.
7. Why do you charge for an ATV passenger?
- We charge extra for ATV passengers because when there's a passenger, we use a larger, special type of ATV that's designed to carry two people safely. This ATV consumes more fuel and requires different maintenance, which is why there's an additional fee. This way, we can provide a comfortable and secure experience for both the driver and the passenger during the tour.
8. Do you have children's prices?
- All our activities are designed for the whole family to enjoy, so the price is the same for children and adults. Tandem riders on ATV tours may pay around half price, depending on the specific activity.
9. Are there lockers available to store my belongings? Do you have a waiting room?
- We provide free lockers for storing your belongings. Additionally, we offer a comfortable waiting area with seats and tables, an air-conditioned lounge, and free Wi-Fi to enhance your experience.
