Guided Forest Hike
 

Follow your guide along a scenic trail through the tropical dry forest toward the cave entrance. Along the way, enjoy the beautiful natural surroundings and learn about this remarkable protected area.
 

Safety Briefing and Cave Descent
 

Upon reaching Velvet Cave, your guide will provide the necessary safety equipment and explain the procedures for entering the cave. You'll then descend a vertical ladder into the underground chamber.
 

Underground Cave Exploration
 

Spend approximately one hour discovering the cave's incredible limestone formations, including impressive stalactites and stalagmites. Your guide will introduce you to the geological features that make this underground environment so special.
 

Return Hike

After completing your cave exploration, climb back to the surface and follow the trail through the forest, bringing your adventure to an end.

This adventure involves hiking, climbing a vertical ladder, and exploring enclosed underground spaces. Participants should be comfortable with physical activity and heights.

For safety reasons, this tour is not recommended for guests with high blood pressure, frequent dizziness or vertigo, or claustrophobia.
