If you want to get up close with wildlife in Costa Rica, Manuel Antonio National Park is the best one to go to for that experience. Since the small national park is home to over 100 species of mammals and 180 species of birds, you may see a lot of wildlife. Some of the most common animals in Manuel Antonio are 2 and 3 fingered sloths, white faced, howler and squirrel monkeys, raccoons, agoutis, and frogs. There are too many to list all here, so keep your eyes open to see it all.

Manuel Antonio beach is a short walk from the entrance of the park. It has a lot of trees for shade, fairly calm waters, and beautiful views. Along the way, you will visit idyllic beaches with crystalline waters and coral reefs bordered by allying vegetation. Take some time to explore and get a real feel for all of the natural wonders of the tropical jungles of Costa Rica. This is a family friendly experience so bring the kids and give them a taste of adventure!
